About the workflow
A concept prototype demonstrating how AI and n8n could help the University of Roehampton Student Futures team identify, categorise and promote placements, internships and graduate opportunities. The proposed workflow automates daily vacancy discovery, extracts key information, matches opportunities to Roehampton's academic areas, checks duplicates and deadlines, and prepares tailored email digests for relevant Student Futures colleagues. Following staff verification, approved opportunities could be shared through Handshake, academic teams, RSU representatives, college communities and Alumni Relations. This is a proposed automation design for a Student Futures Co-ordinator assessment, not a live University system.
