About the workflow

Developed a fully automated workflow to process interior design inquiries using n8n, integrating AI, ML logic, and API services end-to-end. Implemented OpenAI-powered extraction to convert unstructured client messages into structured fields (project type, style, color, budget, urgency, rooms, family size). Added a Python-based scoring engine to classify budget tier and compute project difficulty using custom rule-based ML logic. Integrated Unsplash API to fetch dynamically matched inspiration images based on predicted style, theme, and colors. Built a natural-language summary generator using GPT models to create clean, professional, human-like design reports. Automated client communication by connecting the system to Gmail API, generating and delivering responsive HTML email proposals instantly. Designed the workflow for scalability with clear modular components: ingestion → validation → extraction → scoring → enrichment → summarization → automated email.
