About the workflow

This is the middle part, or the thinking engine, of a long workflow. The workflow contains three different software or tools: - Clay for lead generation and looking for a job opening - Air table for an interface with a manual touch - I'm using ChatGPT as the brain - Slack for approval and human touch - Outlook to send the outreach To give a little context on why this workflow was created, I worked at a venture studio where one of its portfolio companies was hiring agency for healthcare companies. My job was to look for job openings that were more than 15 to 20 days old, identify the reporting manager or the manager recruiting it, enrich their lead, and then write an outreach message pitching our service to help them find a suitable candidate. So to avoid the manual searching for a job opening, writing an outreach message, and sending it through email, I created a single workflow with an Airtable interface that made it easy for the marketer or user to outreach, and also keep track of all the outreach messages done and through which contact point the outreach was done.
