Automated English speaking test evaluation for a B2B language school (TeaTime, 20+ corporate clients, 200+ students). Watches for new lesson recordings, transcribes and diarizes speakers, identifies the student, isolates their audio, runs pronunciation evaluation via Speechace API, writes structured results to a sheet, then performs primary analysis using LLMs (Gemini + OpenRouter). Generates student reports and creates personalized course plans. Replaces what used to be 15+ minutes of manual teacher evaluation per student.
