About the workflow

A website chatbot built in n8n that answers visitor questions using a custom knowledge base (RAG via Supabase vector store) and Google Gemini as the LLM. As the conversation progresses, the bot qualifies the visitor and captures lead details, routing them into a structured pipeline for follow-up. Built end to end: document embedding, vector retrieval, conversational logic, and lead handoff — no manual intervention required.
